Today I will attempt to replicate these in anticipation of Piglet's first birthday party. Except I don't have that fancy offset frosting spatula and with the snow I can't get out to buy one. Annoying. Anyway, I will post a picture of my first attempt. I'll be making Vanilla, Vietnamese Coffee and Banana flavors. I feel like I'm heading into the Olympic Cupcake Trials. Hereafter referred to as the OCT. Stay tuned.
